The LIHTC marketplace has been severely affected by the recent financial crisis. The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) contain several provisions intended to stabilize the LIHTC industry.
