Long-Term Care
DOZ provides annual audit services to Long-term care facilities that receive assistance from HUD. We use our extensive understanding of the long-term care indsutry to address the unique needs of our clients. Facility owners and operators will benefit from our access to financial institutions and understanding of the current lending market. We are leaders in working with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in helping our clients obtain financing assistance through a number of different HUD programs, including the HUD Section 232 Program.
