The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), and LeadingAge (formerly AAHSA, the American Association of Housing and Services for the Aging) have sponsored the new Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) Company certification program.  The designation was created specifically to honor management companies that successfully maintain a significant portion of their properties and staff to the high standards of the SHCM certification program.  To apply for SHCM certification, click here.
