On June 19, 2012, the House Appropriations Committee approved the FY 2013 DOT / HUD appropriations bill.  The appropriations bill was largely unchanged from the subcommittee’s approval on June 7, 2012, as proposed amendments to reduce funding of the HOME Investment Partnerships program and increase funding for the Section 8 program were both rejected.  See NCSHA‘s article here to find out more, or click here to read the bill for yourself.
