IU Recruiting Team Lead
Joshua Moore
Joshua graduated from the Kelley School of Business – IUB in December 2011 with bachelor degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain Management. Joshua returned to DOZ as an Audit Staff after completing internships with DOZ and the DOW Chemical Company in 2011. Joshua is on the Recruiting and Marketing Committees and supports the Christo Rey Network, Habitat for Humanity, and the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation.
Purdue Recruiting Team Lead
Jacob Buehler
Jacob graduated from Purdue University in 2000. He worked for two Big 4 firms prior to joining DOZ in January 2006. He is currently a manager in the Audit practice. Jacob and his wife Megan have one son named Aiden. On Saturdays in the fall, you’ll find Jacob at Ross-Ade Stadium enjoying Purdue football. If he’s not at the game, he’s in the parking lot tailgating with his old college friends.
Ball State Recruiting Team Lead
Jeff Lathrop
Jeff graduated from Ball State University in May 2000, and received his graduate degree in July 2001. He worked for two Big 4 firms prior to joining DOZ in 2004. He is currently a principal in the Audit practice. Recently, Jeff was awarded Ball State’s Department of Accounting Emerging Leader award.
ISU Recruiting Team Lead
Carrie Perkins
Carrie is a 2008 graduate of Indiana State from Pittsboro, IN. She is currently an audit senior at DOZ and is the School Lead for ISU on the Recruiting Committee. Carrie enjoys watching sports and traveling any chance she can. Her favorite team and player is the Los Angeles Lakers’ Kobe Bryant!
IUPUI Recruiting Team Lead
Adam Bailey
Adam graduated from IUPUI in 2006. He is from the famous town of Santa Claus, Indiana and was promoted to audit supervisor in 2011. Adam is an avid golfer and enjoys travelling all over the world.
Small Colleges Recruiting Team Lead
Katie Douglas
Katie graduated from Franklin College in 2007 where she starred on the basketball court as well as in the classroom. Katie is an audit senior at DOZ. Katie is still quite the athlete as she enjoys sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, running, water skiing & snow skiing. Traveling is also an interest - – in the last 12 months she’s been to a Cancun, Jamaica, Riviera Maya (Mexico), Las Vegas, New York. and Washington DC !
Dayton Recruiting Team Lead
Lauren Graham
Lauren is a 2010 graduate of the University of Dayton and a current Audit Staff, after a successful internship at DOZ. Lauren is studying for her CPA Exam and saving her money to buy a home. She is a graduate of Bishop Chatard High School in Indianapolis.
Butler Recruiting Team Lead
Nicole Garrett
Nicole graduated from Butler in 2011. After completing a successful internship, Nicole is currently an Audit Staff at DOZ. She is recently married to her husband, John, and is studying for the CPA exam. Nicole is originally from Vincennes, Indiana.

Andy Lannert
Andy is a 2005 graduate of USI and a current Audit Supervisor. His hometown is Evansville, Indiana. Andy and his wife Katie have a son named Jared.

Kraig Sanders
Kraig graduated from Ball State University in 2009 with his MS in Accounting. A former DOZ intern, he is currently an Audit Staff. Kraig also works with the Recruiting and Training committees. Kraig recently passed his CPA exam and in his free time enjoys playing a variety of sports, enjoying movies, and spending time with friends.

Emily Lane
Emily is a 2007 graduate of Miami of Ohio. She was promoted to Audit Supervisor in 2011. Emily enjoys horseback riding, her favorite food is Mexican and her hometown is Louisville.

Manchester Recruiting Team Lead
Brian Fishback
Brian graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2010 with an Undergraduate degree in Accounting and MBA concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Technology Management. Brian was a 4 year starter for the UIndy men’s soccer team and the Great Lakes Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2008 and 2009. Brian is currently an Audit Staff with DOZ working on the Recruiting, Marketing, and IT Strategy Committees, along with being a Board Member for the DOZ Charitable Foundation. Brian enjoys traveling and playing sports in his free time.
