"I like the fact that DOZ is flexible. Last summer when I
started studying for the CPA exam I asked to stay in town so that I could go to class and
study. It was great not trying to study in a hotel room. However, if you want to travel,
you can do that as well. You can actually put in a request to the cities you'd like to
travel to. The people at DOZ also know how to have fun. For example, during busy season we
competed in Office Olympics for 3 months to keep things lively, which was a definite boost
to staffs' morale, in addition to the free lunches we got on Saturdays.
