Four years ago, Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski, LLC developed a “Motivation Committee”, whose purpose is to “put humor and fun back in the workplace.” To do this, the committee has developed events and activities to improve staff morale and to add fun to the daily lives of co-workers. The committee has been incredibly successful in bringing balance and fun by introducing a number of ideas such as:
