DOZ held its annual Accounting Summer Office Visit on Friday August 14, 2009, bringing in over 60 recruits from around the state of Indiana for a fun and informative day, complete with games, live music and a huge cookout!  Thanks to all of the students who participated in making this event an enormous success!  Make sure to look for DOZ at career fairs and on-campus events this Fall on your campus.

In 2004, Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski, LLC developed a “Motivation Committee”, whose purpose is to “put humor and fun back in the workplace.” To do this, the committee has developed events and activities to improve staff morale and to add fun to the daily lives of co-workers. The committee has been incredibly successful in bringing balance and fun by introducing a number of ideas such as:

Indianapolis Indians Baseball outings
Basketball
Bowling
End of busy season party
Christmas party
“Summer hours” schedule available
Saturday busy season lunches
College cubicle day
Busy season Saturday dress days
Scavenger hunts
