The DOZ timeline:

• 1987 - Dauby O’Connor Formed
• 1988 - Henderson and Zaleski added to Dauby O’Connor
• 1991 - 6 employees at DOZ
• 1992 - Henderson retires
• 1994 - 10 employees at DOZ
• 1998 - 25 employees at DOZ
• 2001 - 35 employees at DOZ
• 2003 - 50 employees at DOZ
• 2006 - Over 65 employees, moved to a larger office with 30,000 square feet!
• 2007 - 20 Year Anniversary! Two promoted to members - Bill Farrington and Nancy Morton
• 2008 - 95 employees at DOZ and 21 people promoted! 3 promoted to Principal, 2 to Manager, 5 to Supervisor, and 11 to Senior
• 2009 - Over 100 people.  Over the past 4 busy seasons, DOZ has provided 100 spring internship positions!
• 2010 - DOZ will purchase a new office building in Carmel, IN - 60,000 square feet - doubling our space from our 2006 move!
