Cemal (Gemi) Ozdemir, Marketing Director and Principal at DOZ, has the first affiliate member seat on the NAHMA Board. DOZ has been an active member of NAHMA since 1997. Gemi has attended every meeting since that time and is active on the membership and affiliates committees.
In 1987, Steve Dauby and Sean O’Connor formed Dauby O’Connor, a two man firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana. A year later, Ted Zaleski joined the firm and Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) was created. Today, DOZ is a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate arena with clients in over 40 states and employs over 100 professional and administrative staff.
All of the Members and employees at Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) realize the importance of giving back to their community, whether that is of their time, talent or treasure. The vision of the Community Outreach Community is for DOZ, as a company, to provide meaningful service to our community. Our community includes our clients, the communities in which we live, and the State of Indiana. The Outreach Committee hopes to offer a variety of opportunities so that each employee may choose to be involved at the level they feel comfortable. Services range from monetary contributions to hand-on participation.
