Experience Highlights
Tim has been in various positions in public accounting over the past 20 plus years. Prior to joining Dauby O’Connor and Zaleski, LLC, Tim worked for Arthur Andersen in Indianapolis, IN for 18 years. At Arthur Andersen, Tim assisted in managing all aspects of the Indianapolis office consisting of 120 people. He also served as a senior in-charge auditor for privately and publicly held clients in various industries. He has taught numerous training classes locally and at the worldwide training resource center. Tim has co-managed the Indianapolis office recruiting process, which was #1 in the USA , #1 retention office in the USA , and #1 summer internship program in the USA .
In addition to being the director of recruiting at DOZ, Tim’s responsibilities include managing the “Home Office” as well as performing client Cost Certification and Arbitrage Rebate consulting work at DOZ .
