History
In 1987, Steve Dauby and Sean O’Connor formed Dauby O’Connor, a two man firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana. A year later, Ted Zaleski joined the firm and Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (DOZ) was created. Over the next 20+ years, DOZ continued to outgrow its office space by expanding both its client base and personnel. Today, DOZ is a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate arena with clients in over 40 states and employs over 100 professional and administrative staff.
